Refund policy

Since we have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you—that is, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. This allows us to assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Products

Certain product types, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products), are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
