No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.

Cancellation and Return Policies

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled; in such cases, the return process applies.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Return Conditions

Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Selling Regulation;

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products prepared according to the consumer’s requests or personal needs
  • Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their resale value

Products to be returned must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • and sent in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Cost

For returns and exchanges, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

We kindly request that returns be sent via our contracted shipping company.

Refund

Once the returned product reaches us, the necessary checks will be conducted.

Upon approval of the return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

For international shipments, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the selected shipping carrier and the destination country.

These times are only estimates and may be extended due to customs processes.

Customs and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties
  • Import fees
  • Country-specific additional fees

are the responsibility of the recipient.

These fees are beyond Nature’s Rituals’ control and may be charged by the relevant country’s customs authorities upon delivery.

Nature’s Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

International Returns and Exchanges

For international orders, returns and exchanges:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted for products custom-made for the customer or those that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
